A good to-do list is one that actually gets finished. These task lists help you shape the day, prioritize what matters and keep errands and admin from slipping. Copy a to-do list, adapt it to your week and share it if somebody else is involved.
There are no public to-do lists yet. Copy the checklist above, make it yours and publish it — it will be the first.
Write each task as a concrete action, not a topic ("call the garage", not "car"), cap the day at three important ones and give them dates. Copy one of these lists and tick it off — what is visible gets done.
Separate urgent from important: urgent demands attention, important moves your goals. Start with the important one of the day and batch the urgent-but-pointless into set blocks.
Share the list link: whoever opens it can tick off what is done and see progress live, so you stop chasing updates over WhatsApp.
